As a Fractional Integrator/COO, I serve as a part-time executive who works closely with the Visionary and Leadership Team to drive alignment, accountability, and execution.

Typically, I engage with the company 1–2 days per week, either on-site or remotely, depending on location. Additionally, I attend all Quarterly and Annual meetings in person to ensure strategic continuity.

Some may worry that a part-time engagement isn’t enough, but this model is intentionally designed for efficiency. It maximizes impact while fostering a culture of self-sufficiency within the team—empowering them to execute without over-reliance on leadership.

I am NOT a consultant that gives you a bunch of ideas on what to do and runs away.

 

I work best with Visionaries who are ready to make a real change—leaders who know they can’t keep operating the way they have been and are ready to:

I prefer to work with companies that have already implemented EOS® (or are seriously considering it) and are either working with an EOS Implementer or open to hiring one. If you don’t have one yet—no worries, I can recommend great ones.

My ideal clients are in technology, services, or transformation industries with a desire to grow and scale—but they’re not quite ready for a full-time COO yet. They need someone to execute EOS, model the role of an Integrator/COO, and help them grow to the point where hiring full-time makes sense.

Integrator

Implementer

The minimum time is for 90 days, but realistically it will take 180 days for significant impact to be felt.  Often the engagements can last 1 year or longer or when the organization has scaled to the point where they are ready for a full-time COO/Integrator, at which point – I help hire and train a long-term solution for an Integrator.

A Full-Time Integrator spends 100% of their time on all aspects of the business.

A Fractional Integrator (like myself) spends 100% of their time developing an organization to become self-sufficient in the EOS® process.
