Frequently Asked Questions
I am a part time executive that comes and works with the Visionary and Leadership Team. Typically, I work 2 days a week either on site or remote depending on the location. I will attend all Quarterly and Annual meetings in person.
I am not a consultant that gives you a bunch of ideas on what to do and runs away.

The minimum agreement is for 90 days but realistically it will take 180 days for significant impact to be felt. Often the engagements can last 1 year or longer or when the organization has scaled to the point where they are ready for a full-time COO/Integrator, at which point – I help hire and train my replacement.
A Full-Time Integrator spends 100% of their time on all aspects of the business.
A Fractional Integrator (like myself) spends 100% of their time developing an organization to become self-sufficient in the EOS® process.
