Hi, I’m Henry Ching, the CEO and founder of Enginuity Solutions, a company providing Fractional Integrator™/COO services for companies running on EOS®. I am Masterclass certified in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and member of the EOS Integrator Mastery Forum (IMF).
I have over 25 years of executive leadership experience in operations, IT, human resources, marketing, sales, finance/accounting, and legal. With my Visionary counterparts, I helped build a $200MM wireless business that was best in class in operations and logistics, partnering with the major wireless carriers and selling products and services through the likes of Amazon, eBay, HSN, QVC and Wal-Mart.
My recognized superpower is effectively integrating systems, processes, and people for optimal performance, but my passion is to help Visionaries organize and optimize their businesses and provide leadership and mentoring to the leadership team. I am not just about developing talent; but I understand the nuanced art of holding people accountable while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
I am a graduate of Boston University School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems. I reside in Fairfax, Virginia (outside of Washington D.C) with my wife Nike, children Isabelle, Ian and dog (Percy the Puggle)
